A Photographic Guide to the
Churches of South Somerset
by Bob Osborn
This new work, over ten
years in the making, is scheduled for publication in
Spring 2012. With an authoritative text and over 2,000
photographs it highlights the charms of over one hundred
and fifty churches in rural south Somerset, England.
These churches range from tiny Romanesque churches
almost untouched since the times of the Normans to the
parish churches with internationally recognised
Perpendicular towers built with profits from the wool
trade and particular to this area.
